I have 23 years of experience of guiding, mentoring, and supporting students at Clausell Elementary School. I am passionate about student success. I play a pivotal role in fostering a positive school climate and implementing behavioral intervention strategies. As the PBIS facilitator, I lead initiatives that encourage positive behavior, student engagement, and social-emotional growth. I am responsible for developing and managing our school-wide token economy system through PBIS Rewards. My expertise extends to the MTSS for attendance awareness and social emotional learning, ensuring that all students receive the interventions needed to thrive. 

I was recently named Clausell Elementary School's  Teacher of the Year 2024-2025!
